Where opportunity gets stuck

You’re doing the work.
Is your process keeping up?

More marketing isn’t always the next move. First, look at what happens to the opportunities already coming in.

01 / FIRST CONTACT

The inquiry gets lost.

A missed call, an after-hours form, or a message without a clear owner can leave a good prospect waiting.

Who owns the next response, and when does it happen?
02 / ESTIMATE & FOLLOW-UP

The estimate goes quiet.

Measurements, approvals, and proposals take time. Without a next action, a promising job can stall before anyone makes a decision.

What happens after an estimate is sent?
03 / OFFICE & HANDOFFS

Your team fills the gaps.

Repeated entry, scattered job details, and payment chasing keep capable people busy with work the process should make easier.

A focused conversation comes first. A deeper assessment and any implementation are separate decisions.

01

Start with a conversation.

Tell us the outcome you want, what’s getting in the way, and how your team works today. We’ll decide whether an assessment is a useful next step.

02

Trace the real workflow.

In the paid assessment, we follow recent inquiries or jobs through your tools, handoffs, and decisions. Findings come from evidence and clearly marked unknowns.

03

Fix one useful thing.

We recommend one practical improvement to test. If you want implementation help, you approve the scope, cost, owner, and success metric first.

04

Measure, then improve.

Compare the change with the baseline. Keep what works, adjust what doesn’t, and consider ongoing optimization when there’s demonstrated value.

The Operational Intelligence Assessment

A clear picture.
A practical next step.

Understand how work moves through your business, where it slows down, and what deserves your attention first.

AI isn’t always needed. We trace the bottlenecks, handoffs, and tools behind the problem, then fix the underlying process. Clear ownership, reliable information, and consistent steps come first. If automation or AI makes sense, we build on that foundation so it helps the business run reliably.

  • Your current workflow, tools, and handoffs
  • Supporting evidence, baseline, and missing information
  • Prioritized opportunities tied to your business goal
  • One recommended quick win
  • A findings review and a separately scoped next step

Common questions

A few things
you might be wondering.

What happens on the discovery call?

We discuss your business goal, your current process, and the issue that is costing you the most attention. The call helps us decide whether a paid assessment is worthwhile. A detailed diagnosis requires a closer look at real work and records.

Is the assessment free?

The 15-minute discovery call is free. The Operational Intelligence Assessment is a separate paid engagement. We agree on the scope, fee, and deliverables before starting. Implementation is scoped and priced separately.

Do I need to replace my CRM or other tools?

We start with the tools you already use. Often, a clearer handoff, a simpler checklist, or a consistent follow-up process is the first improvement. A new tool is recommended only when the workflow and evidence justify it.

Is this an AI or chatbot service?

We focus on business outcomes: fewer missed opportunities, faster proposals, clearer follow-up, and less repeated work. Automation or AI may help with a specific task, but the process comes first.

Which businesses do you work with?

Our initial focus is home-service businesses in Central Texas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and gutters, restoration, and general contracting. If your business is different, tell us what you need and we’ll assess fit.

Can you guarantee a revenue result?

No. Results depend on your lead volume, workflow, team adoption, and other business conditions. We distinguish observed findings from assumptions and agree on a baseline and success metric for any pilot.
