1. Overview

At EdgeCraft RevOps (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data we hold about you. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, complete our revenue assessment intake, or purchase our operational intelligence services.

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable global data protection laws, EdgeCraft RevOps acts as the Data Controller of your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, as well as information collected automatically when you navigate our platform.

  • Contact Information: First and last name, email address, phone number, and company name.
  • Business Information: Industry, team size, operational metrics, tools used, estimated hourly rates, and pain points described during the assessment.
  • Discovery Call & Intake Content: If you complete your discovery session as a voice call, we process the audio in real time and retain a written transcript. If you complete the written intake form instead, we retain your written answers.
  • Payment Information: When you purchase an Operational Intelligence Assessment, payments are processed directly by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
  • Automatically Collected Information: Technical details about your device and visit, described in Section 3 below.

3. Automated Information Collection & Tracking

When you navigate our website, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect technical information using cookies, web beacons, log files, and similar tracking technologies. This information includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, device identifiers, and pages viewed. We use this information for website analytics, security monitoring, and service optimization.

You may manage your cookie preferences through your web browser settings, which most browsers allow you to use to block or delete cookies. Please note that disabling certain cookies may impact the functionality of our website.

4. Stripe Payment Processing & Data Sharing

Important Information Regarding Payment & Identity Verification

We use Stripe for payment processing, billing, and fraud prevention services. When you make a purchase on our site, your payment-related personal data is shared directly with Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates.

This personal data is shared, processed, and used for payment processing, fraud detection, and identity verification in accordance with Stripe's own privacy policy. Stripe acts as an independent controller of your data for these services.

To learn more about how Stripe handles and protects your data, please review the Stripe Privacy Policy.

5. AI Processing & Third-Party Service Providers

To generate your Operational Intelligence Assessment and AI Blueprint, we utilize secure cloud infrastructure and third-party artificial intelligence providers. Specifically, the content of your discovery call or written intake is processed by Google LLC through the Gemini API, which we use both to conduct the real-time voice discovery session and to analyze your responses into your final deliverable.

Your data is processed solely to generate your custom deliverables and perform requested services. We do not use your confidential business information or personal data to train publicly available artificial intelligence models.

We also rely on the following service providers to operate our platform: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments, as described above), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (product analytics), and Upstash (rate limiting and abuse prevention). Each processes your data only as needed to provide its service to us.

6. How We Use Your Information (and Our Legal Bases)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland, we must have a lawful basis to process your personal data. We rely on the following bases:

  • Performance of a Contract: To generate your personalized Operational Intelligence Assessment and AI Blueprint, process transactions, and provide customer support.
  • Legitimate Interests: To detect and prevent security incidents, fraud, or technical abuse; to optimize and improve our website and services; and to send you marketing communications (where permitted by law).
  • Consent: Where you have explicitly agreed to receive newsletters or tracking cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Compliance with Legal Obligations: To comply with tax laws, regulatory audit requirements, or valid legal requests.

7. International Data Transfers

EdgeCraft RevOps is headquartered in the United States. Personal data we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside of your home jurisdiction. For transfers of data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries that are not deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection, we safeguard your data using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, satisfy our business and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

  • Account/Assessment Data: Retained for as long as you maintain an active relationship with us, plus three years thereafter for legal record-keeping.
  • Marketing & Cookie Data: Retained for twelve months from your last interaction unless you opt out or withdraw consent sooner.

9. Your Privacy Rights & Choices

Depending on your location — including the EEA, UK, Canada, and US states such as California, Colorado, and Virginia — you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Know / Access & Portability: Request details on the categories and specific pieces of personal data collected, and request copies of that data.
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Restriction & Objection: Restrict or object to our processing of your data under certain conditions.
  • Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data for targeted advertising. Note: we do not sell your personal data for monetary consideration.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request to support@edgecraftrevops.com. We will verify your identity before responding to your request, and we do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended strictly for enterprise and business users. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
